The website starts a conversation. The written scope starts the work.
These terms keep the first contact simple: no pilot exists until the research question, panel, material, timing, price, and boundaries are agreed in writing.
- A form submission is not a contract
- Submitted material remains yours
- Artificial research remains directional

What these terms cover
These terms cover the public Antestrata website, its informational material, and the submission of a pilot request. They do not replace a written pilot proposal, order, confidentiality agreement, data-processing agreement, or other commercial contract.
Submitting a form asks Antestrata to assess the request. It does not reserve capacity, create a research engagement, transfer money, or require either side to proceed.
Pilot scope begins in writing
A pilot begins only after both sides agree the research question, selected panel, thing being tested, run depth, deliverable, timing, price, confidentiality boundary, and any data-processing terms in writing.
Website package descriptions are current entry points. The written scope controls when a requested audience, interaction depth, material length, or delivery requirement changes the work.
Research boundaries
Antestrata provides qualitative pre-audience research. Artificial respondent reactions do not establish statistical representativeness, population prevalence, market demand, legal compliance, clinical validity, investment outcome, or future conversion rate.
The product is designed to improve what a team revises and what it takes to real users next. Decisions that require measured behaviour or a real person's judgment still require real-world validation.
Material you submit
You confirm that you are allowed to share the links, text, images, decks, or other material you provide. You keep ownership of that material.
You grant Antestrata the limited permission needed to review the material, run the agreed research, prepare the deliverable, and retain the commercial record. Any broader reuse, publication, case study, or public proof requires separate permission.
Confidentiality
The public pilot form is for a fit check and should not contain sensitive source files, personal data about other people, trade secrets, security credentials, or information you are not permitted to disclose.
Confidential handling starts when the parties agree it in writing. A public or redacted version is enough for the initial conversation.
Website material and availability
The Antestrata name, wordmark, design, category definitions, website copy, and product specimens remain the property of their respective owner. You may quote and link to public definitions with attribution. You may not present the site, product specimen, or respondent material as your own service or data.
The beta, saved panels, package shapes, and website may change. Antestrata may correct errors, withdraw a route, or refuse a request that falls outside the current product boundary.
