Who operates this site
The website is operated by Alexander Pichugin under the Antestrata product name. Privacy questions and data requests go to hello@antestrata.com.
Antestrata is currently a beta product. A separate commercial agreement may identify additional parties and processing terms for a specific pilot.
Information you submit
The pilot form collects your name, email address, company or product, role, preferred pilot, what you want to test, requested timing, and privacy acceptance.
Do not submit confidential source material through the first-contact form. The first fit check can use a public link, a redacted description, or a short summary. Confidential material should wait for an agreed scope and confidentiality boundary.
Why the information is used
Pilot-request information is used to assess fit, answer the request, prepare a scope, prevent abuse, and keep a record of the commercial conversation.
The website also records small first-party events such as page views and selected CTA clicks. Those event bodies contain a path, event name, and time. They do not contain your form fields, a cookie identifier, or an advertising profile.
Hosting and delivery providers
Vercel hosts the marketing website and may process standard network and server-log data needed to serve it. Pilot requests are delivered through a private webhook or an email-delivery provider configured by Antestrata. The code supports Resend when that provider is configured.
A delivery provider receives the form fields only to transmit the request. Antestrata does not sell pilot-request data or disclose it for third-party advertising.
Retention
Unsuccessful form submissions are not stored by the Antestrata application. Successfully delivered pilot requests may be retained for up to 24 months so the team can answer follow-up questions and understand the commercial history.
Information connected to an active customer, contract, payment, dispute, or legal obligation may be kept for the period required by that relationship or obligation.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information Antestrata holds about you, request correction or deletion, object to a use, or withdraw a pilot request by writing to hello@antestrata.com.
A request may need enough information to confirm that it comes from the person concerned. Antestrata will explain when a legal obligation prevents immediate deletion.
Cookies and external links
The current marketing site does not set an advertising cookie or create a cross-site tracking profile. A hosting provider may use essential infrastructure cookies or network controls required for security and delivery.
Links to external sites are governed by the privacy practices of those sites after you leave Antestrata.
